If you are ready to impress with this “fancy” dessert, then let's go!
This is a take on peach cobbler or peach pie
What you need
- 1-2 Peaches (I used white peaches)
- Butter of choice
- Cinnamon
- Sugar
- Vanilla ice cream
- Whip cream
- Ready made pie crust
This is one peach for two people (Depending on how many peaches you want) in an oven safe pan
Make sure your peaches are ripe to make this dessert
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Slice peach
- Put slices in oven safe pan
- Grab a half a stick of butter (cut up in a couple of pieces and add to pan)
- Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top
- Cook for 15-20 minutes
- While the peaches are cooking, crumble the ready made pie crust
After the peaches are ready
- Put some pie crust crumbs at the bottom of a bowl
- Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream, cooked peaches, and whip cream
- Top with more pie crust crumbs
